I’m a single mom with a 12-year-old daughter living in an apartment for 8 years.I never really thought of purchasing a house here in Japan due to some hearsay that it would be difficult if you are a foreigner or not married to a Japanese Citizen.But luckily, I met Ms. Abigail Garcia, an agent from M-CENTRAL who encouraged me to fulfill my dream of getting a house here where I can live with my daughter and my family comfortably.

M-CENTRAL staff are very friendly and accommodating.They helped me with the loan application, requirements needed, they were patiently explaining everything I needed to know and what to do.They even help me with all the Japanese translation as my Japanese level is basic.

M-CENTRAL also provided options of the houses that we later visited. It was an amazing journey as I felt at ease with how they treated and assisted me in the whole process.The transaction went well and easy.Me and my family have chosen a house where we all agreed upon.We moved in as soon as we got the keys.

The location is good and very convenient as the train station is close to our house,many restaurants, grocery stores and other shops that are very accessible and most importantly a close by University where my daughter can attend to someday.I am grateful for this opportunity that M-PROUD gave me and my family. At first buying a house is not an option to us, because we are questioning our capabilities like, do we have the ability to pay the house?
Are we ready for this responsibility for a long period of time? So these are what we have in mind.While we have many negative thoughts about buying a home.
We know that if we have our own home, we will be comfortable, our children will have their own space, and we can do whatever we want as long as we don’t disturb the neighbors.
It is wonderful to come home knowing that it is our home.We wouldn’t be able to enjoy all of this if it wasn’t for the help of M-Proud staffs, they are very accommodating, always there to help and answer our questionings from the beginning until now, trustworthy and friendly.
After receiving the key we felt very happy, amazed, thankful.We can’t believe that after 8 years of living here in Japan finally we have something that we can call our own,another goal unlocked.We are very excited to a start a new journey in this house as a family.

There are a lot of considerations prior to come up with the decision of buying the house such as our lifestyle needs in the future as well as in the present.One of the reason why I bought this house is because of the location.I was impressed because the house design is very promising to my children and to us as we grow old, easy to work with our daily life.
It really fits to our daily lifestyle needs .As head of the family, it give pleasure to provide my family a safe and comfortable place to live,It has a wide space for my 2 sons to play and explore in order for them to grow well.
The Staff In Charge were all accommodating and friendly.They thoroughly assisted and helped us throughout the process of buying the house.They explained well to us regarding on how the loan works and how long it takes.They were there besides us every step of the way to have this house loan.
Indeed, we were not expecting to have a brand new house here in Japan.We were overwhelmed because we did not plan to have a house.We were happy at the same time we had worries to consider Most of all we were very thankful to the Lord and to the people who became an instrument to have this privilege.

In the past we were concerned because we had applied for a number of loans but had not been approved.

Fortunately, with M-Central’s help, we finally got our house.

M-Central’s employees were very caring, patient, and helpful. We fell inlove immediately when they showed us this house.The location is great for our family.
